The initial multidisciplinary assessment takes approximately six weeks from admission. The assessments are broken up into various sessions lasting approximately 40 to 50 minutes in length. The clinical formulation is presented to the client once the assessment has been complete.
There is a referral form on our website that can be printed off or completed on-line and emailed directly to our Brain Injury Team. On the first Tuesday of every month we have a meeting to review all new referrals. Once your application has been reviewed you will receive feedback by either a phone call, email or post and if you wish to follow up with any further queries this is an opportunity to do so.
